Nia Goulishev is a seventh grade student at Bowditch Middle School. She was born in Palo Alto but has lived her whole life in Foster City. She loves drawing and going on bike rides with her family. Her favorite sport is swimming. She has done it since she was 4 years old. Nia does swimming at the PJCC, and got on the swim team in fourth grade. She is now on the gold level. She has a pet rabbit named Bella, a dog named Oliver, and 3 fish. One of her favorite things to do in her free time is sewing. She loves sewing things all the way from pillows to pencil cases. Her family is from Bulgaria and her dream place to visit one day is the Bahamas.
