Lia Araneta is a 7th grader at Bowditch Middle School. She enjoys playing competitive club volleyball. Lia likes to watch basketball and volleyball games with her parents and friends. On days where she has nothing to do, she enjoys baking treats for her friends to try. Lia’s favorite shows to binge-watch are “Avatar the Last Airbender” and “Glee”. One of her goals is to reach junior nationals for volleyball and strives every day to reach that goal. In the future, she wants to become a scientist who creates vaccines and medicine.
