Anila Ray is in the 7th grade journalism class. She wanted to take this class because she likes to write stories. Anila also plays piano and tennis. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts, but now lives in Foster City. During her free time, Anila loves to read and hang out with friends. Her favorite series is either the Divergent Series by Veronica Roth or the Hunger Games Series by Suzanne Collins. She also spends time playing with her little sister, Bela. She wants to write about topics that aren’t often acknowledged.
