Moon Knight

Moon Knight is streaming on Disney+ and currently has four episodes out, with a new episode every Wednesday. The TV series follows Steven Grant (Oscar Issac), an ordinary gift shop employee with a huge fascination with Egypt, who discovers that he has a dissociative identity disorder. He shares his body with Marc Spector, the avatar of the Egyptian god, Khonshu. Marc serves Khonshu and follows his orders, whether it’s going to collect items, or to murder, he can do that with the power to summon Khonshu’s armor made out of adamantium, the strongest material in the Marvel Universe. The series includes comedy and action, following the different personalities of Steven Grant and Marc Spector, and the adventures they go on as they investigate the mysteries of Egyptian gods.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse Of Madness

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is the second movie in Doctor Strange’s trilogy, and releases in theaters on May 6, 2022. The cast shows Benedict Cumberbatch playing Doctor Stephen Strange, Elizabeth Olsen playing Wanda, Xochitl Gomez playing America Chavez, Patrick Stewart playing Charles Xavier/ Professor X, Rachel McAdams playing Doctor Christine Palmer, Benedict Wong playing Wong, and Chiwetel Ejiofor playing Mordo. Marvel has released two official trailers and has multiple different tv spots. The movie takes place after Spiderman: No Way Home, where we saw glimpses of the fate of the multiverse.Doctor Stephen Strange casts a dangerous and forbidden spell that broke open a door to the mysterious multiverse. It starts cracking, bringing in variants of superheroes and villains from many different timelines into their own universe. Needing help, he reached out to Wanda Maximoff, also known as the Scarlet Witch, America Chavez, Wong, and others to fight off one of the biggest threats they will have to fight against, themselves. The fate of the multiverse relies on our favorite superheroes or villains.

Recent trailers reveal very interesting events that will occur during the movie. Considering how Wanda has been portrayed in the trailers, the Scarlet Witch may have a darker side that we haven’t seen before, and might be a villain in the storyline. Another huge surprise that left Marvel fans shocked and excited is that we may be seeing members of the X-Men, Professor Charles Xavier’s team of superheroes.

Ms. Marvel

On June 8, 2022, the amazing story of Ms. Marvel will be told through a TV series. Ms. Marvel will be released on Disney+ and is expected to have six episodes. This will be the MCU’s first Muslim superhero representation in any of their productions. The story follows Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani), a 16-year-old Muslim Pakistani-American who is a big fan of the Avengers and has a huge imagination. She then discovers that she has her own powers. She creates her superhero name, Ms. Marvel from the inspiration of her favorite superhero, Captain Marvel, and has the power to shapeshift and stretch her limbs. Kamala struggles with her family and their expectations of balancing her culture, life at home, and school, while not being able to reveal her identity as a superhero.

Thor: Love and Thunder

Thor: Love and Thunder comes out on July 8, 2022, and is the direct sequel to Thor: Ragnorak and Avengers: Endgame. The cast of the movie stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Natalie Portman as Jane Foster/Lady Thor, Tessa Thompson as King Valkyrie, Taika Watiti as Korg, Christian Bale as Gorr the God Butcher, and the returning actors from the Guardians of the Galaxy, Chris Patt as Star-Lord/Peter Quill, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Vin Diesel as Groot, Dave Bautista as Drax, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, and Bradley Cooper as Rocket. The story follows Thor, God of Thunder, who wants to take a break from superhero duties and attempt to find inner peace, but his retirement is interrupted by Gorr the God Butcher, whose desire is to eliminate all gods. Thor seeks help from Valkyrie, the new king of New Asgard, Korg, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and his ex-girlfriend who can, to his surprise, wield Mjolnir. Sadly, Thor: Love and Thunder is most likely going to be Chris Hemsworth’s last movie on his contract.
