Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improves, you have more energy to tackle daily chores. In fact, exercise can help keep your body at a healthy weight. Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Exercising regularly decreases a person’s risk of developing certain diseases. This includes obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. The benefits of Exercise includes:

  • age well
  • Make You Feel Happier.
  • Help With Weight Loss.
  •  Good for Your Muscles and Bones.
  •  Increase Your Energy Levels.
  •  Reduce Your Risk of Chronic Disease.
  • Help Skin Health.
  • Help Your Brain Health and Memory.

Exercising is supposed to be good for you. It can help you stay at a healthy weight, improve your cardiovascular health, and even ward off depression. But like most things, it’s possible to go overboard on exercising. As over-exercising can lead to hormonal imbalance or changes, including testosterone and cortisol (our stress hormone), it can drive overeating and the body can also begin to burn muscle instead of fat. These can compromise training sessions and cause your body to hold onto or gain fat, particularly abdominal fat.
