Paintball is a competitive team shooting sport in which players eliminate opponents from play by hitting them with spherical dye-filled gelatin capsules that break upon impact. In order to play paintball, you need some equipment. This involves: a paintball mask, paint grennades, compressed air or CO2 canister, paintballs, a chest pad and a hopper. Teams range from pro divisions to local and low division teams. No players can not have any physical contact between players, (contact can result in fouls).   The first time the game was played was  in June 27, 1981, and in Henniker, New Hampshire, United States. While playing paintball, you should wear a sweatshirt, sweatpants, and multiple layers if weather permits. Dark or camouflage colors, Loose fitting attire that allows activity and movement, clothing you don’t mind getting dirty, Athletic sneakers or combat boots, and a change of clothes. Paintball games last about three to ten minutes. Paintballs, also simply called “paint”, are spherical gelatin capsules containing primarily polyethylene glycol, other non-toxic and water-soluble substances, and dye. Paintballs are made of materials found in food items, and are edible but taste disagreeable as they tend to dry up the mouth. But getting hit by an airsoft pellet hurts more in general if you aren’t wearing protective gear. … Though airsoft BBs travel a bit faster than paintballs, paintballs are substantially larger than BBs, resulting is harder impacts. So in terms of simple impacts, a paintball would hurt more in comparison to an airsoft BB. Paintball is a very fun game to play and you should try it one day.
